This is one of my backlogs. Haist! So many things to catch up. Meanwhile, let me just post here some of the princess'-mini-haul. Some of her favorite to have and minsan tinatapon nya pag di nya na feel. Hehe.

The little girl pointed it immediately when we goofing around the mall, so we decided to buy her, para may kasama si Dora and Pooh , isn't it cute?

At first the princess always play with these cute dolls, but when she don't like, she intend to throw it, good thing it's genuine that couldn't easily to broke.:D

As of now, she enjoy playing with it. Her favorite to unwrap is the Baby Brainy ABC's and Animals. It so glad that she already knew how to say A,E, O and her favorite?letter A! She even knew what the sounds of each animal like dog,cat,lion with mocking face and how's the face of an orangutan.Hehe.Nakakatuwa diba? 

It melts my heart indeed. As children makes our life happy, nakakawala ng pagod.

Monday Madness: Which Real-Life Princess Are You?

At times, Disney Princesses was on trend. Almost all of them are beautiful and have their own characters. But apart from cartoon princesses,  we are also admired several royal princesses in real life. In my childhood years, I also dreamed to become a princess and to find my prince charming and to lived happily ever after too. I think we all have. Do you also wished that? As I member of this group, I take the chance to figure out which royal princesses would be am I.
Here are my answers contrary to cross examine.
1. Before marrying a prince, I would be: A modern career woman
2. Which country would you choose to rule?: Spain-for food, fashion, fine art, and fiery Spanish attitude
3. In your social circle, you're considered the token:I choose Career girl
4. Princesses don't get out-of-palace jobs, but if they did, you would love to be: A full-time staffer for an NGO or anything related to a good cause. (woah, so good governance ang motive?)
5. As a royal, you would be most admired for: My down-to-earth demeanor and impeccable style (So I am the perfectionist?)

6. When your friends come to you for advice,their issues usually have to do with: Work-life balance (as always in my line!hehe)
7. You are well-equipped for the segue to royalty because: I'm a people person with great manners and friendly attitude. (that's why I have a lot of friends, haha)

We definitely have the same traits! Hehe (in my dreams!) but hey being a Virgo woman, has a lot of guts but it doesn’t mean that WE are not shy as reserved that we seems to be. It’s just we can do anything and everything for the people we love. We have this determination if we sets our mind into it.

Mom 101: Unknown Baby Inspired Quotes!

Right now, I'm busy balancing my course work and my little princess. Although difficult and tedious, still the feeling is different every time you see your child. I'm glad that every aspect of her life, I am her companion and I see every episode on her growth. Maybe all mothers feel like that has no comparable anything in this world.

Because I have the vibes now, Let me share you some unknown quotes that I been inspired of. Each quote lessened the weighted problems that each mommy does. Promise.:)I just edited it to some of my personal baby photo.(Nilagyan ko nang kaunting drama! Haha.)

All-in-all babies make the world a better place.This is such a good shot from the DaddyBoo's learning skills hence, it was one of the aspiring photo opt. Hehe.

Babies are that exactly miraculous and sweet little pieces of heaven. Imagine your pregnancy days, keeping the nine months, giving birth and nurturing and raising while you are still alive, such an amazing gift and becoming a parent regardless whether it's for the first or sixth time, this is one of the rewarding and humbling experience of one's life.

Tuesday Tip: Stretching A New Shoes!

If I’m having a new pair of shoes, I wanted the piece that I don’t have yet in my shoe rack. I like to collect and treat them as my babies or shopping pleasure. Way back, I do collected high heels shoes for some reasons (workshop, pageants.etc.) But working at Makati in all you have to do is walk; you need a pair of flats. Right!?

In my previous years, my size is 7.5, dunno if after gave birth surprisingly my feet works on 8 and sometimes, I got 9 size. Super laki noh? Di na ata proportioned sa body size ko. Hehe.

Speaking of new shoes, did you ever purchased at Ebay? Any collective branded shoes that you always wanted and luckily got the winning bid? Now I just purchased my Gianni Bini shoes, but I’ve realized they’re just a bit too small. Regrets? No! We could find way to resolve this. If you too suffer, same way with me, here’s some tips that I acquired. This is a right place to come! Hehe. I show you a few and send you out in style;

Wear your shoes at home-this is the easiest option I know. But in some instances, if your shoes are not THAT tight as to completely unwearable, nothing to do just to wear them around the house, until they adjusted to your feet. Probably it would take a couple of days, but it’s so natural.(tiis-ganda lang!)Hehe.

Wear thick socks-Put the thickest socks you have and squeeze your feet into the shoes, (if it’s leather) I tried  my longest and thickest socks I have. Don't you like the combi?

Freeze them with a bag of water- Filling a hole-free sealable bag, kinda weird noh? Traditionally, thick balloon or similar plastic bag about one thirds to halfway with water sealed tightly, with one bag each of the shoes.

Do the mashed potato-Peel a spud (the big russet is best)and simply push into your shoes overnight. Make sure it is large enough to create a small bulge in the shoe.

Hire a pro-If you have time, it is better to take your shoes to a professional cobbler for stretching. They have machines that can gently apply pressure and heat to shoes to be able to stretch them just right amount. 

Kindly note that it take around 24 hours since this service dwelling on effort and cost especially for expensive or delicate shoes.

Make sure that your shoes won’t be ruined if they get a little bit of water on the inside if you use the water in a bag method.

Take care of your feet and your shoes second. Hurting feet is a sign that the shoes are not right for you. (ako,tiis ganda then may extra flats. Hehe)

My Shopbop Dresses List!

As the saying goes, "Dress shabbily and they remember the dress; dress impeccably and they remember the woman." I’ve been awestruck by all bits and pieces I’ve acquired through online shopping. The latest link I eyeing now is the Shopbop, almost some of the created dresses were hoard able. Hence, I list some of my picks;

What I really love about them is, the garment looks so luxurious, imagine the woman who owned them, very exquisite and vintage clothing reminds me of good fabric and thread.

I stand 5’5 and I never owe maxi dress, just in two pieces for a quick sense of style is not good. My fashion taste would be fall under vintage, tomboy, rock chick and casual in Fashiolista. I went into where I would be comfy and freely-move. That’s it! 

From Designers to Hi-Low Dresses, an Egyptian Maxi dress to Shirred Waist dress with Leather Bodice, who wouldn't spare from them?  Thesee are irresistible and “keri” ko if I ‘m going to wear it anytime. Hehe.

Review: Maybelline Water Shine Lipstick!

This is another review of some of my daily dose of my flirtiness. Hehe. You know how much I'd like to talk everything under the sun, or anything that would be interesting to me. I know women are into lippie products, different sense of color, brand and engaged in wearisome different shades.

Today, I’ll be reviewing a product that sent to by a friend who’s currently out of the bureau which is Maybelline Watershine Pure in B24. Good thing, I did try some Maybelline lip products without a giving second thought of trying them out. Click the link of few of them.

This particular shade is a warm pink and as stated in its name, it has extremely watery and very sheer.

This lipcolor has glossy and super soft in texture.

PROS?

This lipstick is not as sheer as a lip gloss but not as pigmented as a dry formula lipstick. Since I’m into dry lips, as I said here, this is going to be an alternate lipstick for me. About the packaging, simple that comes in shiny silvery case which is classy and sophisticated. This is also tasteless , perfume free and lightweight lipcolor.

CONS?

As I observed, it seems a moisturizing lip products so they not stay for long. Reapplication every once in awhile and it tends to cracks upon drinking/eating. However, for the price of $9, this is such a real steal.

MY FINAL VERDICT?

It’s a YES for me, it can be just another collection in my tinted lip gloss,nothing more than that, but the color “pink” is really girl and gorgeous. Whatcha think?

Casual Friday: My First Peplum!

Last year, a lot of people went crazy of the peplum trends. An overskirt that is usually attached to a fitted jacket, blouse or dress, and they bombard the whole fashion bloggers for having these hottest style peplums.

My closet is very much lacking in dressy tops. I live for office attire mostly long sleeve fever and t-shirt for casual days. So imagine I’ve got my first peplum top in one of my fave online store. When I got this, I feel so hip and cool. 

If there’s one thing to follow the trend, it is this one. Peplums not only flatter the body, they also hide ones’s “sins”. Hehe. We trying to hide our love handles or muffin tops and peplums are the perfect and stylist way to do it. Most peplums will start at your natural waist which means it will accentuate the smallest part of your body and then flare out to about your high hip.

Peplums that comes in all sizes and shapes. When you are wearing a jacket or top with a peplum, makes sure you pair it with a fitted bottom like skinny jeans or pencil skirt. Hence, I love to pair mine’s with;

 This was actually a sporty peplum top which I perfectly style it in different looks, mapa-preppy, casual or office attire pa.That was a magic silhoutte tops indeed.

Review: Athena and Me!

This is a quick post from my busy work and errands. Probably my fourth box of Athena Milk before I decide to put my assessments here in my post. It’s been early year when I saw the brand commercialized by Anne Curtis, (lakas makahatak!) Of course AC had her fame and on top as she endorse several beauty brands as well as this beautrition milk, Athena.

This milk for women is known for Calcium and Anti-oxidants. Hence,  for bones and skin that makes you healthy. With a glass of Athena milk every night, ( but I prefer the chocolate flavor) you feel energized the next day, feeling ko kamuka ko na si Anne, hahaha. Just kidding, but it's truly emphasized that as you sleep, your body’s on recovery and refreshed as you wake up the following day.

So being a working mom, I need to treat and take care of myself with this dose of anti-oxidants, which helps me to prevent dull skin and other signs of aging.

Casual Friday and White Pants Oufit Ideas!

Happy Friday Everyone! Don't you love the weather today? Very comfy and like everybody's favorite day, Friday is a Casual Days! Hehe. So everyone’s is entitled to do their own style? I don’t think so; we were still in a world of diplomatic people. Haha.

So, instead of wearing colored/denim jeans on Fridays, why not slip into this classic closet staple now,-the white pants. This is super easy mix and match sense of style. Pairing with dark or neutrals, you have the confidence at all. As long as you are comfortable and feel good in your white pants, that’s all that matters.

Since Summer is getting there, white is always the right color. Aside from they go great with all prints and other colors, yet they quite stylish too.These outfits will convince you to go party, to work, or when you are taking a walk by the seaside.

 Anyways, we were reunited with some of my closest buddies. Don’t you think we need a group hugs? As a few of them missing and took their career path, BUT we are still adjacent to one another. Hehe.  The common denominator? A slice of pizza. So Papa John’s is nearby to the headquarters. Yum!

February-Pinky HAUL-y moly!

I’ve been doing my monthly HAUL-y moly since twenty thirteen, that’s one of my practices from the time I construct this blog in mid- last year so it’s good if I could start in first month of the year.
